The Boots Are Out To Play! Summer is officially gone and it’s now time for winter. The temperature continues to plummet every day and we are constantly freezing but that doesn’t mean that our fashion style should be dull and boring. Winter season means that it’s officially time to hang our sandals and sneakers and open our shoe cupboard and reach for our favourite pair of boots and look stylish.

Though boots are an all-time winter favourite, we can’t ignore the trends that emerge every year. Well, thankfully 2020 has some interesting styles that each lady should consider having on her shoe rack and believe me these styles will have you aching for the chilly weather. Below, we have outlined three boot styles that are a total must-have this winter season.

1. Chunky boot

Love it or hate it, this is a unique and classic style of boots that has lost preference to the famous stiletto boots. Fortunately for us ladies, 2020 has revived our love for the chunky boots. Adding chunky boots will rev up your outfit easily and you can balance your look by pairing them with your favourite pair of jeans and an oversized coat.

2. Combat/ Military style boots

This raging style of boots is my personal favourite and can also be called lace-up boots. These trendy boots can be flat or heeled but they add attitude to your outfit. Combat style boots have a tough look to them and yet they are so comfortable and chic. They can be paired with tight-fitting leggings and a loose-knit to nail the slouchy look.

3. Thigh-high boots

Ladies we all know that it’s not always about showing off a lot of bare skin that attracts attention but these boots are a definite winter staple and statement maker.  Thigh-high boots elevate your shoe game to a different level with options ranging from heeled thigh-high boots to over the knee flats. This boot style is very versatile and yet so glamorous and will get heads turning. Thigh-high boots can be teamed up with loose-fitting mini dresses or skirts for the perfect look.
