Sative wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, we are here to help.

 As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions. Placing an order on our online store means that you agree to the terms set forth below along with Sative’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

 Sales & Refund Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Sative online store. That is because we go out of our way to ensure that the shopping experience and products are of good quality. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and original packaging within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund. The refund will either be paid back into your bank account or credited to your store wallet.

Returns

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer an exchange.
  • Timing: 30-day Return & Exchange Policy since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unworn, unused and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please contact us via our contact form with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Sative will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods. You are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that Sative will reimburse or cover shipping costs of returned items only if you follow our return procedure emailed to you when you log in a return.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is no just cause.
  • WE REGRATE THAT DUE TO THE CONSUMABLE NATURE OF SATIVE BEAUTY PRODUCTS, THESE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED ONCE OPENED AND USED.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR BODYSUITS AND UNDERGARMENTS.
  • CLEARANCE SALE PURCHASES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURNS.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account or store wallet
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies
  • The value of the coupon or gift voucher that was redeemed will not be refunded to you or credited to your account. Please refer to the specific voucher’s terms and conditions to understand whether the coupon or voucher will be reinstated and the relevant terms that will be applied.

 

Exchanges

  • When returning your eligible item for an exchange, please specify the reason for returning your item
  • An exchange order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created
  • If the item you are exchanging costs less than your original purchase we will refund you the difference.

 

Damages

  • If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
  • We gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Photos of damaged products are helpful.

Shipping costs

  • Free Standard Shipping and Return.


Lost Packages

  • Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered.
  • If you experience your package going missing, please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the carrier to attempt to track down the package.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left.

 

Fraudulent Charges

  • Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity.
  • We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer.
  • We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, however, this policy is in place to protect you.
