How Does It Work

Step One

REQUEST A TRY-ON

  • If you've previously bought something from Sative, GREAT! You qualify for a Pre-approval
  • New to Sative? Your request is subject to approval
  • Request are subject to item availability as well

Step Two

IF YOUR REQUEST IS APPROVED

  • Review of the order will be sent to you for editing, cancellation or approval before it's shipped
  • You are still under no obligation to buy
  • A shipment will be shipped to you with the items you requested

Step Three

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

  • Upon receiving your order. You have 5 Days to TRY-ON the clothing items at HOME
  • You can ONLY try clothes at home, but not wear them out unless you intend to Purchase the items
  • Any items that are Worn, Damaged or have Tags removed will be charged to your account

Step Four

BUY ONLY WHAT YOU LOVE

  • Buy only what you Love and send back what you don't
  • Return all the items that you didn't love before the 5 DAYS TRY-ON PERIOD
  • Returns and Exchanges are always free
